• Courier Partners: All orders are delivered via UPS, with options for home delivery or service point collection depending on your region.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Dispatch Window: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
• Tracking: Once dispatched, an email confirmation including a tracking number and estimated arrival date will be sent.
• Service Impact: Deliveries may take longer during sales periods, technical updates, or unforeseen events like extreme weather.
• Holiday Closures: Our warehouse closes on major 2026 Bank Holidays (including New Year’s, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, etc.). Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing during these times.

Shipment Logistics

• Split Deliveries: Orders may be split into multiple shipments based on item availability. Each shipment may use different couriers and will have its own tracking number.
• Pre-Orders: Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-order item is available, according to the date listed on the product page.
• Failed Deliveries: If a package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. We cannot resend returned packages; a new order must be placed.
