Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund once the package has been processed at our warehouse, which will include the standard delivery cost of your return.
If you choose to keep certain items and only partially return your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
How to Return
If you wish to return your order, please use the pre-printed return form included in your parcel and return the item(s) as instructed.
Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been sent using our pre-printed return label.
If you send your return using your own courier, we will not receive the parcel at our warehouse, nor will we be able to issue a refund. We are not responsible for any shipping costs or lost packages if the order is not sent with the pre-printed label.
Return Conditions
We guarantee a refund for returned items provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon receipt.
This means:
● Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (items may be tried on indoors)
● All labels and tags must remain intact
All parcels include a pre-printed return form for your use.
In certain countries and/or markets, we reserve the right to charge a return fee when processing a refund. This cost is intended to cover return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, the return will be reflected in your account balance).
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned goods at our warehouse.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please notify us promptly and return the item following the same return procedure outlined above.
For products deemed defective, we will provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery and return.
